Went in to Starbucks this afternoon with my 2 children. The barista helped me decide on a drink as I was after something sweet and wasn’t sure what to order and made me a beautiful iced white chocolate with caramel sauce which tasted amazing.My daughter split her drink on the floor, everyone working in Starbucks was so helpful to mop up the drink and be so kind to my children. 5p extra for a takeaway cup, but they don't do normal mugs and they don't price that up on the menu board and you don't find out until they tell you!It's only 5p but...... so I took extra napkins, straws and sugar, I know it might be petty but I felt a little robbed.Plus swearing heard from the staff room, glad I didn't have my 7yo with me.Won't be coming here again.

Small concession as part of the Cineworld Complex.Always good to take in a drink for a film or just whilst I am waiting for someone in the leisure park.Sometimes limited in stock, but always pleasant and courteous.
