I’ve eaten here a couple of times late last year and I’d happily eat there again. The food is good, it’s a little bit more contemporary and adventurous than many country pubs but I wouldn’t quite call it a gastropub. Service has always been very good, table service especially for our visit mid December. Lovely pub with great food and lovely service. Especially Ros who is a lovely young lady and always has a smile on her face and is great with customers. I always look forward to coming here.

Very cute country pub we stopped by after a pub walk! We only ordered sandwiches off the lunch menu but they were very good, along with the fries and potato salad. Definitely hoping to sit in the nice beer garden on a sunnier day!
