Solid pub with great classic food options. Not pricey and a nice little paved area outside as well. If you're local it would be a great place to drink regularly. Definitely had quite a few loyal
Had this lovely woman with pink hair serve me and she was an absolute delight and a pleasure to deal with! Really made me feel welcome and it was an ideal spot to experience a true old British pub! Felt very old timey, homey and so historic! Only popped in for a quick drink! The outside patio was done up realy nice and I sent pictures of it back home for my mother! 12/10 will go back with the husband!

Hadn’t been here in years and certainly wasn’t vegan last time I came here. Was super impressed to see great vegan options on the menu, I opted for the bangers and mash which was flooded with gravy (exactly as it should be!) and was delicious, 100% recommend. The service was fantastic and friendly too and the decor was spot on; the perfect type of pub.
