Visited Sunday with husband and kids following a trip to the farm opposite. Us adults had roast beef which was very nice. Impressed that the beef was cooked medium which is our preference and lots of pubs seem to overcook their beef. Veg was cooked really nicely and there was plenty of it. The cauliflower cheese was possibly the best I’ve ever had and I would return purely for that! Daughter had fish goujons chips and peas which she enjoyed. We came across this wonderful little pub on a long afternoon walk with the dogs. This pub is unspoilt and traditional, just what we love! The staff were so very welcoming! Big smiles and were making a fuss of our pooches. Decent pint of Guinness sealed the deal for me!

This is such a beautiful pub I have visited with my family on a few occasions now, we stay in church farm a few minutes walk away glamping or in one of the wood cabins. The food and service from the farm cafe and the pub are both fantastic great food and always has a great atmosphere.
