Best fish and chips in Hertfordshire in my opinion, the shop is newly refurbished (after an accident involving a car) and looks amazing, the food is on a whole different level to most other shops I've been in, really only rivaled by my absolute favourite fish and chip shop which is in Shanklin in the Isle of Wight, but that's really only because of the location, the quality of the food is on par with Seaways. Seaways has to be the best fish and chip shop. The chips that they serve are amazing. The fish is always cooked to perfection. Friendly and lovely staff serving fresh well, cooked food.

Had skate and chips from seaways on Monday evening 26/02 , very surprised at how disappointed I was with it. This take away is normally the best in the area but it wasn’t. The skate was slightly undercooked and the chips were all stuck together. ?
