Absolutely amazing customer service! Ordered pizza last night which came super fast by the way. Definite bonus points for that, but I unfortunately received the wrong order. Only 1/6 items I ordered were correct. I gave them a quick ring who were absolutely lovely. Manager couldn’t stop apologizing and you could tell it wasn’t him giving you those standard 'Sorry for the inconvenience’ responses. Great customer service, very friendly staff who where helpful in finding our order which was lost in the system and managed to make the adjustment we needed due to dietary requirements. Once the order was sorted we received fast delivery.
