Ordered a couple of pizzas from Newport Isle of Wight,to be delivered one was all squashed and absolute mess in the box, contacted the store who are sending out a replacement ASAP, great customer service...

Just needed to say that I received excellent customer service from Dominos. I ordered online and when trying to go from extra cheese to just the normal amount I accidentally ordered them without cheese... and I did not catch it when I submitted the order. I promptly received a call from Jonathan to check if I really wanted the pizzas without cheese. He understood my mistake and modified the order to include cheese on the pizza, disaster averted all thanks to Jonathan.
