Sunday dinner not freshly prepared

Great unpretentious little eatery, that serves up good food a a very reasonable price. The waiter was helpful and attentive and as a solo traveller I was made to feel welcome. Sadly there are few as good as this place. The only downside for some is the elderly decor, although myself, I found it quirky and old-fashioned with its Formica tables, and scrupulously clean. Will certainly visit again when I'm on the Isle of Wight. It fully deserves the five gold stars.

The food is good quality and very good value for money compared to many other places. The menu is similar to a chip shop although they do pizza as well. The chips are nice.Serving staff very friendly and helpful, although there was no one around when we arrived, or for a few minutes after we sat at a table.The only issue is the decor, which looks like it is a 1980s McDonald's or Wimpy.
