Had another lovely lunch in this very special spot. Food is always good and cooked to order. Staff are super friendly and always seem so pleased to see you. There can't be many locations to beat this little gem. Menu is changed periodically so always something new to sample (they even make their own pesto!) Witness to a very rude customer! In reply to the customer who posted a very negative post on TripAdvisor 25 November. We visit the sea shack at Sandown most weeks and have found the crew very friendly and. the food tasty. As for portion size my wife and I share the winter warmer. (soup, toastie and a portion of chips) more than enough for the two older people. We were present during his visit and witnessed a man who was rude to everyone including his wife. Long live the sea shack

Stopped here for a drink while walking the coast. Perfect location. Very friendly people. Good service and at 3pm on a January afternoon still seated outside in full sunshine. Perfect end to a lovely day. Will call in again to explore the menu!
