Always enjoyed KFC but the seasoned fries are horrible . It's as if chicken gravy granules put over them . Sadly it takes the taste of the chicken away and not good with the gravy . Totally ruined my KFC . It would be nice to have it without maybe added if asked .Several others in the restaurant said the same as me . Sad it's forever . For the price we paid not worth the money . Maybe you should fry the fries for longer to make them more crisp as they have always been soggy
I visit this drive thru regularly because it's very convenient being 1 junction up the M20, so a quick journey. The chicken is always piping hot which means I can travel to the local beauty spot at The Warren to enjoy the food and then go for a lovely walk in the amazing woodland with my little dogWheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is at ground level for ease of wheelchair access

In the end I ended up cancelling my order as I felt the staff member was taking advantage of meHe tried to charge me £19 for 6 pieces of boneless chicken and a gravy pot.I challenged the price and he said "I think it's right"The fact he didn't know how to check didn't fill me with confidence so I went elsewhere.My friend did order however and the taste of the food was as I'd expect.
