Poor experience today. Was told by the cashier that our food would be brought over to us however we waited and where we were seated you wouldn't have been aware of anyone calling.The food stayed on the shelf and no one walked around to check. Apparently we were called a number of times. The food had gone cold and they remade the order. This mcdonalds has gone downhill so much recently. They always forget 4 get it wrong. They used to be spot on ....but now It's getting silly. We always have to park up and wait for our items as my son (who is autistic) is fussy and only likes his burgers plain, but by the time we get our order the already melting milkshakes and ice creams are even more melted. I don't no why they give you the milkshakes and then you have to sit and wait for other items? I'd rather the milkshakes...read full review

Restored my faith in McDonald's - food hot, delivered to table by friendly, helpful staff who came to check back later to make sure everything was alright. A really enjoyable meal and great atmosphere.
