It's good but I hate the car park. In all honesty if the former Staples/Office World unit is still available M and S would be better off taking that and expanding in to it as the current store is far too small for the size of Ashford's population following the closure of County Square store in 2019.
Peaceful shopping no crowds or queuing. Possibly because I went there around 7pm.Food selection and choice was amazing. Plus assistant on till was friendly and chatty.An enjoyable experience. Will definitely shop there more often. ?

Very very cold. Wear warm clothes. Going to get weekly shop, after a short queue the store was not too full. The problem was the stocking of shelves every aisle had one or two trolleys or so. It was hard to access the shelves. One staff member did not ask if I needed help to reach tea bags blocked by the trolley just walked off and we had to move it. Customer service could improve. Nice food though.
