Visited here after doing some Christmas shopping with my mum. Didn’t book but wasn’t too busy so managed to get a table, I always use the pizza express app as it has good deals such as 30% off pizza or free dough balls, but it wasn’t working. The waitress was so helpful and made sure we got the discounts, even said she would get her manager over to help, but luckily I logged in on my mums phone. The designer outlet experience on boxing day was quite intense so lunch was an opportune time to relax. The service was great and our waiter was polite and engaging, the food was fine.

Had a lovely evening here. The food was great and we had a lovely waitress called Hannah. Nothing was too much trouble, she was really friendly, helpful and even offered to take photos of our group. Outstanding service.
