We come here once a month with my wife and my 2 year old and we absolutely love it! It has only became better and better with the chain going back to its roots by providing friendly and attentive service as it was pre-pandemic and now withdrawing online menus and QR code ordering, honestly for the better!My wife's favourite is the Salmon Ponzu, my daughter simply loves edamame beans and I always have popcorn shrimp with their draught Asahi beer. First time dinning in and it was a different dinning experience. Food was amazing and the concept is fun but very confusing. Had no idea what half of the dishes were on the belt and great fun being colourblind and not knowing which section of the menu to look for and what the prices are lol. The food is nice but very simple and not worth the money. £4.90 for a bottle of fruit juice seems crazy too.Was very unimpressed by the service charge, considering it’s basically self-service, and if you do order something it’s on an app.
