Top quality A* service today as usual from the team at Costa in Bearsted who are every day face to face with Bearsted's very own chelsea-tractor driving middle-class militia. Respect.
Lovely service, but need more staff on, the place was a disgrace tables not cleared, all the time we were there, the floor hasn't seen a broom for goodness knows how long. The table bases haven't been washed or dusted. For such a lovely place this was very disappointing.

Inconsistent and poor management has had a massive effect on this store lately but today the seating area was clean and tidy as was the service area. Freya and Lewis were welcoming, friendly and professional. It’s such a shame you have lost some good staff members lately please look after these two as they are a credit to The store.
