Having been visited this restaurant over the years I have now noticed that the portion sizes have blocked significantly and the price has slightly increased. One good example is the garlic thread with caramelised onion. It is now the size of a 7 inch Pizza where is before it used to be like their rustic Pizza.

Great atmosphere, fantastic food, our server Alexandros was soo friendly and lovely. Absolutely amazing would definitely recommend the real Greek we will be back

Just had the most awesome experience at Hotel Chocolat Bluewater!
Debs and Louise were fantastic and went out of their way to ensure our visit was nothing but exceptional. Excellent knowledge of the brand and even managed to upsell our choice of products! Not an easy task for anyone.
They were funny, engaging and made a regular shopping experience actual fun, which is so rare in today’s retail world.
Whoever decided to put these two together on the same shift clearly is a genius! They work well together and understand how to use that to engage with guests positively. A lovely environment to walk into as a customer.
Will definitely keep an eye out to see if they’re in when we pass next time!

Really good chicken, the kids enjoyed their meals and the staff were great providing crayons to keep them entertained. Excellent service particularly from Emily, who helped us out when we had left something behind. We enjoyed!

We stopped by Pizza Express for some lunch whilst we were at bluewater, and we were really impressed. We were seated super quickly by the person at the desk. Our server, whose name I can’t remember, said she was in training and to bare with us. I wouldn’t have known she was in training - she was fabulous! Really attentive, made sure our order was all correct, and kept us updated on the progress of our order. We love pizza express because you always know what you’re going to get - pollo pesto for me and Romano American hot for my partner. Always so good. We’d always recommend Pizza Express.
