A good range of items, well priced and mostly excellent quality.Kaz on customer service , and the lady floor manager who works most Sundays are outstanding, both friendly and helpful.
The store itself is good. A decent size, with decent layout. Staff are friendly enough. But the asda cafe is atrocious! Flimsy tabkes and chairs randomly dotted about. Food is deep fried and never of good quality. Prices are awfully high for the bad quality. Just paid £5 (which is more than a vegetarian breakfast) for 4 small deep fried hash browns! Visited on Saturday 30th of September. The shopping went fine and found most of what we needed, but the queues for the checkouts were massive. Despite being a Saturday and a extremely busy store only 2 checkouts were open. The self checkouts and shop and go trolly areas were also backed up what little staff there were seemed unable to cope .we queued for 28 mins.More tills should be open at busy times
