We were here for dinner and weren't disappointed. The bread to begin the meal is grown on their own farm, a tasty sourdough served with butter and salt flakes. For starters I had fried Old Winchester cheese which was crispy, puffy, salty and delicious while hubby had French onion soup with a crab rarebit. He said his was rich and flavoursome. Love the vibe! And the wine list! I had sea bass and my partner had the lamb ragu. Our food was on the salty side which was a shame. Still a cool place, love walking around the market below too

I live about a mile away. I come here for lunch every month or two and always have a lovely time, as do the friends who join me. The menu is ever changing but always superbly curated to ensure variety and choice, and the food is consistently of a very high standard indeed.
