Lovely pub BUT food overpriced. £8.50 for an open prawn sandwich without even any crisps was tasty but not worth what was charged. Beer and service great definitely worth a visit to this beautiful village!

Glad it is open. We popped in here for a drink and decided to come back for dinner; a good decision. Sam, Gemma, and all the staff made us feel very welcome and were attentive. Food was great and the lime posset was delicious.

Denise gave us a warm welcome, the pub on Google is mistakenly marked as permanently closed - it is certainly open. We had a pint of beer and cider respectively both very well kept. The menu looks fantastic, we shall be returning to sample the food. The location is completely unique, on the green in Wickhambreaux beside Wickhambreaux Court which features in Michael Powell’s war-time classic ‘A Canterbury Tale’.
