I recently visited Costa Coffee and had a generally pleasant experience. The coffee and pastries were up to the usual high Costa standards, and the service was friendly.However, one significant downside during my visit was the overwhelming presence of cigarette smoke. The atmosphere was unfortunately devoured by the strong odor of cigarettes from nearby smokers, which made it less enjoyable for non-smoking patrons like myself. Cold coffee always unless you ask for it to be hot. Service is OK when they don't have deliveries to deal with. Atmosphere is not great when you have drunken people standing at the window shouting abuse. Also not happy they have toast available shocking ?

I have been served by Jagz twice now since I’ve been to the revamped Costa and I cannot tell you how much this woman puts a smile on my face. Serves with such passion and great customer service that my kids smile too.Thank you Jagz your super.
