No welcome and eventually when spoken to by a young female she was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The young female who served food was also unfriendly and unwelcoming. My food was tuna jacket potato and the potato itself was lukewarm and butter didn't even melt on it, the salad was not crispy and didn't eat much of it. The mast and rigging was a fantastic place to go! I had a reservation here and the service was fantastic, the staff were friendly and well trained. A gentlemen in particular by the name of Jake was very polite and made our experience pleasant and welcoming. There is nothing bad to say about the food either, I ordered a burger and everything was well cooked, well prepared and tasted amazing. I do like food at Mast Rigging. It’s extremely delicious and extremely big portions❤️ the prices for such big portions are incredible!It’s definitely worth to go.Some of the points:1. It’s some sort of hard for elderly to navigate the website to order food. It’s easy solved by going to the bar, but I think it would be nicer to:- take a survey and ask people about how easy is to order a food through website.- add some kind of pictures of the food for new customers....read full review
