I have been coming this costa for a few years now and I can not fault the service. Red head manager, ginger guy with glasses and another lady with blonde hair who sometimes put colours in to it. Those 3 seem to be the longest employees in this branch. I watch as I eat my toast and drink my coffee. They seem to master their customers needs pretty well. Always professional. I usually come here quite often for a coffee and snack, maybe once or twice a week, and it's always a pleasant experience. It gets slightly busy around lunchtime, but it's never overcrowded. I like the fact that the tables and chairs are spaced out somewhat, instead of being cramped around, it gives the place a chill atmosphere. Been going here for years and returned several times recently with friends and on my own for coffee and cake or lunch. Warm, welcoming staff. Cakes are nice. Very keen on the bacon rolls.
