Unfortunately we had to make a written complaint about the service and incorrect order.Used McDonald's App to order and drove to collect 20 minutes later.Alerted staff to our arrival and waited in Bay 1. It was very quiet in the carpark and inside the restaurant.25 minutes later we had still not received food so went in and asked how long it would be. Visit very pleasant today, this was made so by the wonderful Jane!!! McDonalds needs more staff like Jane She greeted us at the door, helped us order and even asked if everything was ok with our meal when we got it. She wished us a good day as we left too! I hope McDonalds reward exceptional staff like the lovely Jane. She could teach other staff to be more human. Good old fashioned and rare qualities.Thank you Jane, you are a star and we wish you well. ?

Really poor and abrupt service at the drive through. Repeated the order 4 times and they still got it wrong. Thank you to the gent who added the extra fries when I pointed out the error.
