The server with the black hair, quiffed with a fringe, rolled her eyes and acted stroppy when we requested to sit at a different table to what was offered to us. Rude and poor customer service skills.Food was standard, nandos is nandos. Except the Portuguese roll was dry and hard.
I liked the new refit. Felt fresh and clean. Very accommodating to having a baby and allergies. We felt that the allergies were taken seriously by staff which was very appreciated.Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for milk/soya/egg allergies. Whole team were made aware of allergies which felt very reassuring.Kid-friendliness: Very laid back atmosphere and welcoming to our baby.

All staff, including the manager were extremely friendly and accommodating. I had issues around using my NHS discount and the manager (didn’t catch her name) sorted out the discount another way. Staff serving and the manager were lovely.
