Adequate food quantity and quality. No draught beers available. Service was less than enthusiastic…could have been much better and faster with a little thought and effort. Won’t be returning

Friendly welcoming family run pub, large conservatory at rear and so very roomy. Varied menu, something for everyone. Lots of parking behind venue. Helpful staff.

We have always wanted to have family celebrations here. They didn't let us down this time. Lovely food, catering for various dietary requirements and friendly and efficient service. This was a 98th birthday celebration and they did us proud

We did a walk and visited the pub for a drink afterwards with our dog. Very welcoming and lovely staff. The Mulled Wine was delicious and most welcome on a cold day. The pub is bright and nice decoration with a fire place but it lacked a bit in warmth. Overall though a lovely experience and would recommend a visit, with your dog if you have one

Slow service during a busy early afternoon meal. When our main meals arrived after an hour waiting, Slightly congealed curry and lukewarm rice suggested that the dish might have spent too long waiting to be served? Portions were generous and priced reasonably.Dietary restrictions: Dealt with by our server completely.

Ate here yesterday, the food was amazing; portion sizes, plate appeal, nice and hot and on heated plates and tasted absolutely delicious. A big thanks to the whole team.Vegetarian options: The nut roast on the Christmas menu was home made and delicious.
