Many micropubs seem to be full of paraphernalia, objets d'art, knick-knacks (or clutter!) Furlongs has eschewed this trend. It is tidy, clean, modern and bright - the old rooflight is a great feature which gives it that airy feel.The inside area has raised platforms on either side cleverly designed so that customers with their backs to the walls are the same height as those in the middle. Furlongs is a great micropub that spreads out to a micro garden in Nice weather. Extremely popular amongst left of centre Faversham people. The beer is normally reliable. I had a nice pint called Marble last night. They have quick rotation of beer so it's normally fresh and well maintained. The landlord is a nice welcoming person.

Great little independent craft beer pub, nice large garden to the rear (much bigger than it looks). Great knowledgeable service too, great range of beers on draft and also good wine selection.
