Moos used to be really good, however I'm so frustrated that the last few times I've ordered from them our food has been inedible. I had a gluten free crepe previously and they re done the order twice and both times it's came riddled still with pockets of flour not mixed in properly on the third time I had no choice but to change my option which I still didn't eat because it really was horrible. Normally has a long delivery time but this time the Food took over 2 hours to arrive, they kept changing delivery time. When it finally arrived everything was stone cold. Milkshakes there are normally brilliant but even they were really bad. Milky bar tasted more like coconut than chocolate. Sadly unlikely to order again.

Ordered 2 milkshakes and milkybar cookie bar and the xookie was stale and hard. Block of chocolate was disgusting rung up too tell them it was stale and they told me it’s meant to be that way. Definitely not meant to be stale
