Just one night as we had an early tunnel crossing. Painless registration and very good coded security to hotel and room. They are quite right as well, probably the most comfortable hotel bed ever slept in. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, why on earth do hotel room occasionally still have a bath with a shower in it. This was a deep high bath and quite frankly for a less agile person it would be nigh on impossible to access. the staff bent over backwards to help us, with an early check in, the team after my request via phone remembered me and sorted my dilema. I was so impressed by the level of service. I would highly recommend this hotel.
