I never leave bad reviews (only once ever) as I feel awful and hate doing this!. However, I feel I should on this occasion having just ordered the mixed grill kebab for £24. Where to start - firstly it arrived cold after a long wait and was smothered in sauce so looked like a dog's dinner with two sorry looking dry pitta breads (even though it says it serves up to 3 people). I'm actually quite disappointed and I said leave a review. First visit. I'm afraid it was not what I thought it would taste like after watching the chap in action on the charcoal grill and him saying that people come for the real charcoal cooking. The chap was fairly quiet and not the best at communicating so I can see why people may mistake him for being rude.The food looked amazing, spelt divine. I ordered kebabs for me and my wife which took a little longer than expected, we didn't mind this as they may have been busy!The order arrived but to our utter disappointment the food was stone cold! We totally understand that food sometimes is not piping hot but on this occasion with the lateness combined it was not acceptable!We decided to call the shop to make them aware but they were simply not interested and the man we spoke with showed zero empathy and failed to even apologize!3...read full review
