Don’t know what kind of miserable soul gave this lovely Fish and Chips one star but these are the best fish and chips. Always fresh, delicious and huge portions. Owners are lovely and friendly, i very much appreciate that hygiene is a priority here too. Cash only part is a tad inconvenient but not a big problem and it is worth it.
Best fish and chips in Kent. Good value for money and large portions. Food here is golden, oil is fresh and very tasty curry sauce. Definitely visit again!! ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜œ

Since I have moved to the area we had been using Cranbrook for our fish and chips living in sissinghurst but have found the portions small and batter not crisp.How ever first time Hawkhurst fish bar it was everything you would hope for amazing crispy batter and chips were perfect.
