Great old country pub with low ceilings
We went for the sea food platter and cod and chips fish was enormous perfectly cooked , the platter had a good selection
Definitely go again if I didn’t live so far away.

Stopped by for a quick coffee break and was pleasantly surprised. The cappuccino was incredibly good - far better than you’d typically expect from a pub. I also tried the home-made Apple & Rhubarb Crumble with hot crème anglaise, which was absolutely delicious and clearly made with care. It being Sunday, the place was buzzing with people enjoying their roasts, and from what I saw, the portions looked generous and very appetising. Definitely worth a visit ?
