The Fountain is a great place with a wonderful atmosphere. It is a community pub where families are welcome. They also allow dogs on leads and it is nice to be able to have a drink with your pet aftet a walk. The entertainment is good. The weekly karaoke has now changed back to the original host and is proving really popular so that there are plans to extend it to a Friday as well as Sunday. It’s always fun popping in here, we love coming to play pool and grab a few drinks. Great fun landlords and a good atmosphere. Lots of character and the pub garden is awesome in summer.
Had a wonderful Sunday lunch in the fountain Inn with my family, I am a vegetarian and lactose free and they were able to accommodate my requirements. We also went in for open mic and when they had a band playing there and we enjoyed both evenings very much. The landlady is so lovely and welcomed us to her lovely pub.
