Truly a hidden gem - the food and service were so good we went back a couple of days later. The food is all home cooked and freshly prepared. On our second visit one of the menu options wasn't available, the owner was very apologetic and said if we'd rung to book earlier he could have let us know what was available - our fault for descending on the pub without warning. What a great find, total little gem! Ron and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The food was amazing and so reasonably priced! It was that good my family and I went twice in our week's stay at Sandgate! Highly recommend ?
