The Park Gate Inn

Dropped in on the off chance we could get a table. We were greeted by Stuart and he soon found us table, brought us menus and arranged drinks. Great service and a very good meal. We will be back.

The Sugar Loaves

Our car broke down nearby and the friendly staff made us feel very welcome while we waited for recovery. Warm and cosy, good music, reasonable priced drinks and chilled atmosphere.

The Windmill

I booked a table for 6 at short notice on Saturday 28th Feb. Service was very good. The staff asked about allergies and intolerances and made sure to ask questions if they were unsure. Portions were large. It has a small climbing frame for children and garden. It was a lovely place to visit and we will be returning at some point. There are also rooms available if you would like a stay there, although they currently do not offer breakfast, this is hopefully something they look to implement.
