Absolute quality. I didn't even ask and knowing I didn't have the use of one hand they cut my steak up for me. I'd forgotten to ask, absolutely chuffed they had the forethought.All the food couldn't be better, but I know it's a bit coarse, but I've never had potato wedges (kinda chips) taste that good in my life, and most of us have had chips before.
