We had a lovely stay at the Rising Sun!It's a very old building, so there are some quirks here and you can really tell the new management is working hard on updating some of the more run-down or out of date aspects. They were so nice and accommodating, making our stay feel really special.Aside from the cooked breakfast, all the food was simply amazing. They have a wide range to choose from and there's not much else to say than delicious.Finally, the area is absolutely beautiful....read full review
Great bar that attracts guests from all over the area to sample their food. Good selection of beers and wines at a decent price.Set in a lovely little village but a bit out of the way so book a taxi to take you home.
Popped in for a Sunday lunch, all I can say is fabulous!!!All the staff were polite and attentive.The lunch it's self was one of the best we've had, plenty of food and hot the wife loved the rolled lamb shoulder.I know this place had a bad name but it's really changed.We will be back. Thank you.
