The chef spoke to me and adapted a couple of dishes from the menu, not only was my meal delicious but all our meals were faultless, the service was excellent and the girls made sure we were well looked after, a wonderful evening had by all.”

The atmosphere was very nice… … the Dj was polite, they have lots of entertainment games related with music with some prices for the winners … food was not good my sausage was old, the bread was dry andthe fries were cold… service was good …toilets were clean .. you can pay with card or cash before ordering.”

“We had a lovely Sunday lunch here. 4 adults and a toddler. Plus the dog! Fairly standard pub menu but with kids dishes amd light bites. All our dishes were tasty, well cooked and well presented. Service is first class. The waiting and bar team were all very friendly and most helpful.
It has a very pleasant atmosphere. A few locals at the bar and us Sunday lunchers. On a sunny day I can imagine the quite extensive gardens get very busy.
All in all a good find and would definitely recommend. A step up from your average pub, not quite to gastro standards but definitely worth a bit of a detour.”
