Upon request, we were allowed to stay overnight at the campsite, even though the season hadn't opened yet. The hospitality and warmth were great, the food was great. We were even able to take lunch with us for the next day.The price performance ratio is very good. Would come back at any time!
Great pub in a fabulous location in a Woodland Trust estate. Walk in the bluebell woods followed by Sunday lunch - superb! Staff friendly and campsite peaceful with lovely shower. We will be going back regularly.

The staff are fantastic, so welcoming and friendly. I love going to this pub. The food is delicious and tasty, the beer is cold and very nice too. Whenever I go to Blackheath I will always go to this pub.
