What a wonderful place!We wanted an old pub / restaurant to stop at for lunch and came across this!Out in what feels like the middle no where (in reality 10 minutes from the main road network) beautiful surroundings, superb service nothing was too much trouble for the gentleman that served us! And the food was delicious and they do not scrimp on portion size!Definitely going back!Kid-friendliness: Our 18 month old was more than welcome and treated as a paying customer not a burden!
Two visits in the same week to a naturally pretty venue, full of character.Jimmy is an absolute treasure and worth his weight in gold, nothing is to much trouble and his attention to detail is second to none.I am unable to say the same for the other members of staff unfortunately.
