Visited yesterday with a friend and received a warm welcome, the staff are always polite and helpful. We had hot chocolates and waffles which were gorgeous but too large to finish. Will definitely go back and I truly hope this cafe stays open because not a lot of people seem to know about it.
This is our favourite place in Maidstone. Great food, great price, great ambience and we adore the couple who runs this place. We have been there so many times that perhaps we have tried almost everything on their menu. The pizza is great, the pasta is nice, the crepes and toasties are amazing and the cakes are to die for. Called in with a friend for a pot of tea when we were shopping in Maidstone. I chose a cheese and ham baked potato, and my friend got a cheese and ham omelette. The were really nice, the service was friendly and we felt genuinely welcome. We both intend to return the next time we are in town.There are a couple of steps up from the pavement, though.
