Some friends and I stopped here on a Saturday lunchtime a few weeks ago, the staff said an event was starting soon, but still welcomed us and allowed us to order food. We went to an outside seating area which was nice and we all left happy with the food we got with good portions.I have heard good things about the live music events here and hopefully will make one of these soon.

We visited Christmas Eve with 10 of us strolling in. It was busy, but the weather was so mild that we sat outside in the garden. The bar lady was working alone and she was fabulous, she did a great job. Lovely little pub to stop at after walking up the hill from Loose village.
