Only recently reopened after a spell as a Kymer restaurant. Is thought to be the oldest pub in Margate. The new owners seem to be trying to build on this heritage. It is still a work in progress but they have made a good start. There are two craft ales from Northdown brewery plus lager and cider. They hope to have real ales I'm future
We keeped saying that we would try this place for a meal . So pleased we did . What a great meal .lovely friendly hosts . Nice and relaxing atmosphere . Thank you again for a warm welcome a brilliant meal .

After a brief stint as a Cambodian restaurant by popular demand previous staff and new back at Oldest pub in town est 1680 lovely sea breeze near clock tower. Fantastic crowd excellent ambiance and music. Best bar by far, recommend without hesitation. Regular live singers and cool outdoor breakout area. A few cuddly snooks also
