I happened upon this charming pub today and couldn't believe my luck. As I entered I was greeted with the most beautiful open log fire. It was burning brightly and the flames looked like angels dancing in heaven.
Had a wonderful Thai meal above the pub then went downstairs for a pint had a great night superb staff quick service and a funny Kareoke night lovely little town Center pub and warm and comfortable well done

Went there late one night for a drink and a pee when our bus broke down and we had to wait for a taxi. Was just before closing time and there weren't many people there. The barman was really friendly, nice chap he was. We sat outside. Some random bloke begged money from us whilst we were outside and the barman helped him along. If we ever end up in Margate old town again, I'll be sure to pay this pub a visit
