We’ve just had a fantastic evening meal at the Rose and Crown. Superb menu and plenty of choice the staff couldn’t be more helpful and attentive. I Highly recommend eating there.

Menu was great, lots of different foods, not traditional.

Noteworthy details: Local pub in small village in the countryside. Plenty of parking. Eating in or out. The menu is the best bit.

Motorhome stop over on the way to the channel tunnel through pitch up. Arrived late and only had time for a quick pint, but it’s a lovely old building with plenty of character, it was a shame we weren’t in time for a meal as the menu looked very appealing. Maybe next time! The owners were very welcoming and accommodating even though it was very late when we eventually arrived!
