Not sure about the 2hour wait for my food, 50mins of that waiting for the restaurant to accept the order (that I placed on the app)...Food was barely warm as well, not sure I'd order again, especially with no option to pay by card...Pretty disappointed.
I am really confused as to why we have to give our card details over the phone. Doesn’t that mean they can use those details for anything? Apart from that, the customer service was really good
