Staff seemed put out what taking your order. Food items missed when order arrived. Cutlery often still dirty and tables quite full of peoples left trays. Could be alot better sadly.
It was lunchtime, the cafe was nowhere near full. There were no clean mugs, the teapots definitely need a good clean/descale and then there is only one hot water/coffee machine in working order. Speaking to others in the queue the machines have been out of order for many months?!? It's not expensive but surely one should expect a decent service?

Self service terminal didn't equate to good service. They don't bring the drinks over. They bring the food and not the cutlery. You have to grab your own drinks. No communication. Unhelpful staff.
