“Held my father's post-funeral wake at The Three Horseshoes recently and it was the perfect send-off. Brilliantly organised, lovely food, attentive and helpful staff, very reasonable prices. On top of that, it's just a really REALLY nice country pub. Can't recommend highly enough.”

“Our local let us down so we took a chance there would be room for us. We received a warm welcome and a choice of eating in a crowded noisy bar or empty restaurant. The restaurant was quieter. We ordered starters and a main course each. Portion sizes proved to be beyond our capacity to consume. Food arrived on warm plates (bliss) and was well cooked. Our five a day were in evidence. With hindsight we shouldn’t have ordered the starters as we couldn’t finish the meal, but we did enjoy it immensely. We will be going back - no starters next time.”

“Lovely place with a very pretty beer garden. Could do with some lights for the evening as your sort of sat drinking in the dark, but its still a lovely space. Very friendly staff and a nice selection on tap.Parking: Just try and find a spot that isn't double yellow on the road opposite, and you should be fine.”

“Nice dining areas and menu - much more restaurant-like than pub-like. Wonderful food, and my medium-rare rib eye was perfectly cooked. Side dishes (salad, roated vegetables, onion rings, mushroom and tomato) were all excellent too.Friendly, cheerful service - thanx, Stacey!Adjacent to Premier Inn, and convenient to the Holiday Inn.Vegetarian options: For a place called "Beefeater" there's more available than you might imagine.Wheelchair accessibility: Step-free to most tables. Two accessible parking spaces right at the entrance.”

“Found this wonderful old pub in Sevenoaks. We were only here for the night and so pleased that we chose this place for the evening. The service was so good. Really friendly and welcoming. Such a great atmosphere and to top it all off...the best burgers ever. So delicious, so fresh. The thing is, when you have a simple menu and you do it with care and excellence, what can you say? Only one thing.Fab!! Thank you for a wonderful evening and all the very best to you ??”

“Lovely pub, lovely staff, lovely choice of gin. But the whole place stunk really strongly of dog (October, rain, dogs etc I do get it) so next time I’d go on a day I can sit in the lovely garden instead. I’ll be back next summer”
