I've driven past the Taj maybe 6 million times, never ever thought to go in because there's a very good Indian restaurant at the end of my road. But on Mother's Day it was fully booked so we took a chance on the Taj. And now I have a real dilemma. The food was subtly different from my "local" which made selecting dishes more interesting. Best Naan I’ve ever tasted and the most divine tandoori king prawn masala. My friends were equally delighted with their meals. The restaurant was full, which is always a good sign and the waiters were incredibly welcoming, friendly and efficient. I couldn’t fault this restaurant.

We have lived in Dunton Green for 7 years and went to the Taj for the first time tonight. We had a wonderful evening, the service is flawless and so very attentive. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff clearly take a lot of pride in their jobs and the restaurant and that makes such a difference. Really impressed with everything about this place and will definitely go back.
