The lady taking our order at the counter wasn't exactly helpful and a little distracted.I asked for the vegan peppernonay and she said we don't do that as a personal pizza, you have to have the next size up, so I said ok I'll have that, she said you can only have the mixed veg. I wasn't happy as I explained its advertised. Then she said there was a problem with my husbands card so I used mine, lol she said it's your cards and suddenly the payment went through. I normally use the app for discounts which makes it cheaper than going to the other generic pizza shops in Sheerness. Quality is always as expected and delivery times are really quick.

Most people don't pay much attention to the way staff at a Domino's pizza care about providing service but honestly, at sheerness the staff were really great. Friendly and helpful. Really left a mark on my experience.
