“We had a lovely time here for Sunday lunch. Love that the food is locally sourced as far as possible. It was a treat for me to be able to have a chicken roast out as I only eat chicken if it is free range, which it was. Great service and a lovely pub. Was only sad that I didn't have space to try the homemade ice cream! Thank you! We hope to return!”

“I had a pleasant experience at the Half Moon Pub. The establishment was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly. They offered a standard selection of beers and a reasonable variety of bar snacks. The pub had a large internal space, along with a small outside garden featuring a decked area out front and a covered conservatory. Another plus was the availability of parking both at the front and rear of the pub. While I didn't try their food, I found the overall ambiance and service quite enjoyable.”

My Cocker Spaniel wants to get another date in his diary, and pronto! 15th century building, open fires, bursting with character and the staff are lovely and kind. The food is fresh and wholesome.
