This is a fantastic Costa, located on the high street in the small market town of West Malling, kent. Open from 06:30 until 18:30 weekdays, they serve everything from hot & cold drinks, fresh food, sandwiches, and cakes. The store has outside seating - perfect for the summer months. Free (1 hour) parking is generally not a problem either directly outside or across the road in the market square. There is also a Tesco's supermarket P&D carpark nearby which is a short walk away....read full review

Staff were all extremely polite and helpful, coffee was lovely and hot and not just lukewarm, so good we stayed and had a second cup. Good fresh muffins completed a lovely time with friends. Only down side is there doesn't seem to be wifi in there, if there is, it needs improving.

Amazing customer service from Ella in my local coffee shop! Always smiling with a great attitude and friendly conversation. Always happy to help and is an asset to Costa coffee!! The atmosphere is always lovely in there and Ella will always go the extra mile to help if she can! Keep up the good work Ella
